•1 cup loosely packed
cilantro, stems removed
•1 cup

•2 cloves
garlic chopped
•Juice of 1
lemon
•Pinch of
salt and
pepper
Instruction:
•Put Jalapenos, Cilantro, Greek yogurt, garlic and lime juice in a blender.
•Blend until smooth.
•Pour the dip into a bowl.
•Add salt and pepper as per taste.
•Garnish with cilantro leaves.
